The Hardest Interview Questions and their Answers

1) Where do you see yourself in four to five years?

The worst answer is you saying (i do not know) .You could do your best by saying -After weighing the possibilities, i decided
that I wanted to devote myself to this work and build a
career in your company.

2) Why should we employ you?

Check your resume and select two or four
points that distinguish you from the others. This should focus on your achievements and goals. You can reply by saying" i am diligent" and
"I always achieve my goals."

3) What do you dislike in a previous job?
Be careful . The employer is trying to know your weakness. Do not quickly reply " they make me come early to work". Try to answer this way " My job was
not adequately challenging and interesting. " This will tell the employer, you are ready to work.

4) What is your greatest weaknesses?

This is intended to force
the applicant to admit his weakness, thereby giving

the interviewer a reason to disqualify you.
You should answer this way: "Saying 'no' is not a work ethic, so I often take on too much work. Then talk about how you are working on the ability
to prioritize and set personal boundaries.

5) How much is your intended salary?
You need to know the salary range of you job target . It is not recommended to call numbers. If you can avoid discussing salary at the first interview. Wait until the employer asked you to call a specific amount, then you can mention the
number above average.
