Call Center Specialist at Gionee 

 Job description
  1. Receive and respond to daily inbound telephone inquiries and Make outbound calls to clients.
  2. Strict abidance of operation guidelines.
  3. Contribution in Call Center quality improvement.
  4. Ensure the timely pick up and answer of phone call in/out.
  5. Ensure the accurate and measurable answer of phone call in/out.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Can work under pressures.
  2. English can be as work language.
  3. Being familiar with MS-Office.
  4. At least 1 year call center or related experience.
  5. Familiar with Telecommunication products will be preferred.
  6. Good communication skills and graceful voice.
  7. Responsible, careful and cooperative working attitude.
