Job Position: Store Officer 
Location:Lagos

Responsibilities: • Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property; prepares property lists for items to be sold at auction.
• Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
• Damaged items must be sent back to vendors as appropriate.
• Delivers and sets up furniture for various offices as requested.
• Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.


 • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders;
• Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders;
• Reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
• Makes intra- and inter-campus deliveries of requested surplus office furniture and merchandise; maintains records of all deliveries.
• Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to faculty and staff.

Basic Tasks:
• Store and release supplies or equipment.
• Compile the records of the supplies.
• Checking the supplies from time to time
• Record the number and the kinds of supplies.
• Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
• Securing the status of each supply.
• Checking possible damages or scratches
 

Qualification/Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree/HND in any relevant field.
• At least 1-3 year experience. Experience in storage operations will be an added advantage
• Must be fluent in the English language in spoken and written form.
• Must be able to lead a team from different tribes.
• Good knowledge in storekeeping and bookkeeping.
• Must be keen to details.
• Must have strong determination to contend with work pressure.

 • Must be knowledgeable in checking quality of items and in working with supply schedules

  Front Desk Officer

We seek to recruit qualified persons as Front Desk Officer to serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system

 Job Responsibilities:

 • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
• File and maintain records.
• Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
• Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area.
• Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
• Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
• Keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability.
• Receive payment and record receipts for services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of HND/BSc. in any relevant field.
• At least 1-2 year experience.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be a computer literate.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good verbal reasoning, written and presentation skills.
