Customer Service Agent
- CRM administration, Out of Stock product management and customer follow up management
- Relationship management; merchant/ vendor support.
- Working with the social media team to create and achieve a strong, active platform for customer help online.
- Data administration and documentation.
- Working as first point of contact with customers when confirming orders placed.
- Confirming all orders placed by customers and ensuring that all orders placed are received intact within the company delivery deadline.
- Follow-up on customers’ with delivered item to encourage them place future orders, thus raising company’s achieved sales.
- Customer Support; (Problem solving via phone calls, live chat administration, letter writing, tele-sales).
- Upsell and cross sell of products when customer places order
