Finance & Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director
  • Help oversee and manage individual accounts
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
  • Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities
  • Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
  • Adhere to the company's or organization’s financial policies and procedures
  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances

Qualifications and Experience
  • University Graduate
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant

  • Understanding of current accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • IFRS guidelines

CSR Project Manager

 
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Development: Work with external agency to develop and maintain detailed proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy
  • Delivery: Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the programme, including target setting, governance, audit and reporting
  • Work with the communications team to ensure effective internal and external communications of CSR activity, including stakeholder engagement in shaping the strategy
  • Influence senior management and key departments to secure ongoing commitment to the approach
  • Liaise with shareholders to establish consistency of CSR approach and ensuring benefits are realized
  • Co-coordinating  volunteer  activities  and  events,  drumming  up  support  and  persuading  employee participation
  • Negotiating and overseeing sponsorship deals and other educational or environmental partnerships
  • Measuring the uptake and outcomes of CSR campaigns
  • Looking at investments making sure they are socially and ethically responsible

  • A track record of success and achievement demonstrated within relevant CSR roles at a senior level.  If not the owner of CSR strategy, you must be able to evidence significant input into the strategy and responsibility for the delivery of a comprehensive CSR programme.
  • Strong delivery focus with proven experience of managing complex projects successfully in a busy business environment.

  • Market the company's products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Review premium rates, policy terms and conditions to meet client`s needs
  • Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers
  • Review and present for approval proposals to render Insurance services to customers
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that support sales efforts and generate results
  • Conduct thorough investigations to research and analyze competitor trends in pricing, commissions, products, risk management and marketing programs to identify and measure company’s competitive position in current and emerging market conditions.
  • Direct and manage the development of effective marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, internal and external customers.
